1. Acceptance of Terms​

By using HappinessMP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using HappinessMP.

2. No Affiliation with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive Software​

HappinessMP is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive Software. Grand Theft Auto IV is a trademark of Take-Two Interactive Software.

3. Masterlist Guidelines​

a. Server Naming Rules:​

Server names must not contain any prohibited or offensive words. Inappropriate or offensive server names may result in exclusion from the masterlist.

b. Administrative Rights:​

Server administrators retain the right to ban servers from the masterlist for violations of these guidelines.

4. Client Guidelines​

a. Program Usage Restrictions:​

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer HappinessMP. Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or engaging in any form of program abuse is strictly forbidden.

b. Bug Reporting:​

Users are encouraged to report any discovered bugs or vulnerabilities to the HappinessMP Team promptly. Exploiting or publicizing security vulnerabilities without prior notification may result in severe consequences.

c. Fair Gameplay:​

Users are expected to engage in fair and sportsmanlike gameplay. Cheating, hacking, or any form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

5. Server Guidelines​

a. Executable Modification:​

Modifying the server executable is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized alterations may result in severe consequences, including removal from the masterlist.

b. Brand Usage Policy:​

The use of real-life brands within the server, without proper authorization, is strictly prohibited.

c. Community Standards:​

Servers must maintain a respectful and inclusive community environment. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of harmful behavior towards players is strictly prohibited.

d. Server Modification Guidelines:​

Any modifications to the server that may negatively impact the user experience or compromise the integrity of HappinessMP are strictly forbidden.

6. Termination of Services​

We reserve the right to terminate services, disable access to the masterlist, or take other appropriate actions if a user or server is found to be in violation of these Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty​

HappinessMP is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability​

In no event shall the HappinessMP Team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of HappinessMP.

9. Governing Law​

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

10. Changes to Terms​

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
