HappinessMP – Server Operator Policy

Purpose:
This policy sets minimum standards for all servers running HappinessMP to ensure a fair, safe, and respectful player experience.

1. Compliance with ToS​

Servers must comply with the official HappinessMP ToS at all times.

2. Age Restriction​

Access is limited to players aged 18+. This must be clearly communicated.

3. Content and Mods​

No illegal content or infringement of third‑party rights; no real‑world brands/logos without permission.

4. Player Conduct​

Clear rules against cheating, exploits, harassment, discrimination, and spam must be enforced.

5. Data Protection​

Server operators are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws and must inform players about data collection.

6. Cooperation​

Operators must cooperate with HappinessMP in investigations and implement required changes to protect the Mod’s integrity.
